How Long Does Delivery Take?

Deliveries in the UK will take 3-5 working days. Deliveries outside the UK may take up to 7-14 working days. However Zahabi are determined to complete and deliver your orders as fast as we can.

I Wish To Order A Custom Piece, Whats The Procedure?

To order a custom piece. You may email us or direct message us on instagram @zahabi.co or our email Sales@zahabi.co to discuss what you wish for your design. Which will be exclusive to only you. From there we will quote to you a price but we will take pictures of the finished piece before we may take payment. The process may take up to 14 days to complete and we will deliver the product with in 1-3 working days with in the UK or up to 3-5 working days outside the UK.

Which Precious Metals Do You Use?

Majority of our products are either sterling silver (925), gold (22k,18k,14k) but we are more than transparent with our customers if our jewellery are made out of an alloy such as copper or steel and have a plating of either silver,gold or rose gold over the alloy.

Where Are We Located?

Zahabi Jewellery are located with in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. Where all of our jewellery are manufactured. Private consultations can be booked via our instagram or via email: Support@zahabi.co.
